There are a number of ways to get your print job to us. We accept CDs, DVDs, SD cards, and memory sticks.
You may email your job directly to one of our staff or upload it to our FTP site. Please call 902.681.0459 or email info@bbpaper.ca for the FTP login information.

Please send all artwork 1-up with 1/4" margins on all 4 sides. If artwork is full bleed please add an additional 1/4" bleed on all 4 sides to allow for cutting.

Acceptable Formats
•   JPG, TIF, or press quality PDF with at least 300 DPI and CMYK color.
•   CDR (CorelDraw) version 12 or lower. Please convert text to curves.
•   AI (Adobe Illustrator) CS2 or lower. Please convert text to outlines and embed all images.
•   Publisher, Word, Excel, etc. are not recommended. We will accept these files but please be advised if they are not print ready there will be a setup charge to prepare the artwork for printing.

Proofs
Before printing we will provide a proof for your approval, either in digital or printed format. If you choose to view a digital proof only the colours on your screen may not be 100% accurate due to variations in monitors. Any errors on an approved proof is not the responsibility of B&B Paper Plus.

Charges for Modifications/Changes
If you choose to design your own artwork and it is not print ready, you will be charged $40 per hour for modifications or changes. We will notify you in advance if your artwork does not meet our printing specifications.
